Meet the Flooring Team at Paradigm Interiors

Don Taylor
Owner/Business Manager

Don was born in Lincoln, Nebraska but spent most of his childhood in Alliance. Until 2001, Don worked in advertising for Hill Holiday’s interactive department in New York City when disaster struck. Multiple mergers and the events on September 11th diminished the allure of a big city marketing job. He traded the skyscrapers for mountains and moved to Colorado without a job. He quickly realized Denver’s marketing scene didn’t compare to Madison Avenue. The economy dipped and careers in marketing quickly began to fade away. At a wedding reception, mutual friends connected Don and Matt. The rest is history.

Matt Budler
Owner/Production Manager

Matt’s a bio-psych major with a master degree in counseling from Colorado State turned master tiler. Matt didn’t go to Nebraska Wesleyan for undergrad to work with his hands like one might expect of someone in the flooring industry. Yet a few years into family counseling Matt worked with a friend on some tile. He loved the work and found a full-time job as a tiling subcontractor. A couple years later he met Don.

Allison Beckham
Sales Manager

Allison, a graduate of Ole Miss, moved to Denver in 2012 by way of California. She joins the Paradigm team with extensive experience in the design and building industries, with a focus on flooring and tile. She has expertise in interior design, architectural marketing, furniture manufacturing, and flooring. Allison endeavors to combine her understanding of these fields with her high standard for customer service and provides clients with the best project experience possible. Her welcoming nature and natural curiosity allows her to connect with everyone she meets. In her spare time she enjoys entertaining and exploring everything Colorado. She is an excellent addition to the Paradigm team!

Johnathan Bell
Project Manager

Johnathan "JB" Bell hails from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He started installing, sanding and finishing hardwood floors as a helper when he was 13 years old. JB opened his own flooring store in Murfreesboro in 1999 to specialize in the flooring needs of new custom homes. His qualifications and certifications include: NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) Certified Pro; NWFA Certified Installer; Lagler Premium Sanding Technologies; Certified Advanced Flooring Inspector; and his Certified SNF Professional License Number is 559016. JB moved to Colorado in 2016 and joined the Paradigm Team in 2017 as a Project Manager. In addition to being the proud father of four girls and two boys, he also enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, grilling, swimming and riding motorcycles. JB is dedicated to bringing you the best quality flooring in Metropolitan Denver!
