“Matt and Don were super in helping us repair our basement bathroom. We recently moved to Denver from San Diego and bought a scrape home in the Washington Park neighborhood. The seller/investor was particularly sloppy with the original bathroom construction ultimately leading to a slow leak compromising the entire underlying gypcrete floor. We discovered the problem two weeks after moving in, which came as an enormous disappointment. Both Matt and Don were very empathetic to our situation and supported my wife and I when we confronted the previous owner, which was clearly above and beyond the call of duty. Their professionalism in handling such a delicate matter was enormously appreciated. The bathroom has since been restored and is in perfect condition. During the repairs, Paradigm was very careful to keep a very messy project clean and contained. They also completed the job on time and on budget.
